years, because it is isolated, peaceful, and primitive, surrounded

Visit the Potala Palace, the highest palace in the world with more than 10000 rooms and numerous treasures and historic relics. After lunch, visit the Jokhang Temple in the center of the city surrounded by Barkhor Bazzar which is a ideal place for shopping. |

Visit the Sera Monastery, one of the largest in Tibet, belong to Yellow Hat branch. After lunch, visit the Norbulingka park, which was the summer palace of Dalai Lama. |

Drive to Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet, on the way, sightseeing in the Yamdok Lake, which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet, the water is clear blue with the snow mountains as background. |

Visit the magnificent Tashilumpo Temple, which is the home and office of Panchan Lama. In the afternoon, visit a Tibetan village and a elementary school. |

Drive back to Lhasa from another road, follow the beautiful Yarlung Tsangpo river. |

Take a morning flight back to Beijing, after lunch, walk tour in Hutongs to experience ordinary Beijing people's life. Dinner at the Fangshan Restaurant in Beihai Park, this dinner is an imperial banquet. |
