8 Days Trekking the Baiyangyu Great Wall |

Baiyangyu Great Wall is located in Hebei province,
about 60 km to the northwest of the famous Shanhaiguan Pass (the
east end of the Great Wall), 20 km to the north of Qian’an city. The
Baiyangyu Great Wall is very special, because there is a section
(about 2 km long) was built with marble. |

Arrive in Beijing, meet at airport, and transfer to a 4
star hotel. |

D2 |
Drive east for 4 hours from Beijing to Qian’an city,
after lunch, drive another 60 km to Taolinkou where there is a
reservoir. Start trekking on the Great Wall at Taolinkou. Trek 10 km
to Liujiakou. Camping. |

Trek 15 km to Xuliukou. The Great Wall has been damaged
in many places. Camping. |
|
D4 |
Trek 10 km from Xuliukou to Heliukou. The Great Wall has
been damaged in many places. Camping. |

D5 |
Trek 8 km from Heliukou to Lengkou. Then drive 5 km to
Jianchangyin town which is one of the 4 old towns in Hebei province,
stay in a 1 star hotel where you can have a shower. |

D6 |
Drive to Lengkou, trek 12 km from Lengkou to Dalong
Wangmiao village. Camping. |
|
D7 |
Trek 8 km from Dalong Wangmiao to Baiyangyu, on the way,
you will pass the 2 km long marble Great Wall. Then drive back to
Qian’an, stay in a 2 star hotel. |

Drive 4 hours back to Beijing, after lunch, transfer to
airport for your departure flight. |
