Yunnan is situated

Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, is called the Spring
City of China. Dali was the old capital of Yunnan from the 8th
to the 13th century. Lijiang is an very beautiful old town with
a lot of well-kept old buildings, it is also a World Culture
Heritage. Zhongdian is regarded as the Shangri-la in recent
years, because it is isolated, peaceful, and primitive, surrounded
by many snow mountains. Many travelers think this is a golden
route in China.

Sightseeing in Stone Forest, which is one of the great nature wonders of China, and is also the largest stone forest in the world. |

Take a morning flight from Kunming to Lijiang, transfer to your hotel, then go to visit the Lijiang Old Town, which is 800 years old and is a World Culture Heritage, after that, visit the Black Dragon Pool, which is a ideal place to view the snow mountain. |

Sightseeing in the Jade Dragon Snow Mt., which is 5596 m high and is covered by snow all year round, on the way back, visit Baisha, a Naxi village which is famous for the 500 years old fresco and its classical music. |

Drive from Lijiang to Zhongdian, on the way, visit the Tiger-leaping Gorge, which is 3000 m deep yet only 30 m wide at the narrowest spot, from there, the local legend said, a tiger could leap over across the Yangtze. |

Visit the Songzanlin Monastery which is the largest Tibetan-style temple in Yunnan with more than 800 monks and 3 living buddhas living inside. After lunch, go to visit the Bita lake which is a clear blue lake surrounded by green hills. |

Drive from Zhongdian to Dali, on the way, visit the 1000 years old grottos at the Stone Bell Mountain. Overnight at a 4 star hotel in Dali. |

Visit the Three Pagodas which is one of the oldest pagodas in China, it is amazing theat the Three Pagodas have survived about 400 earthquakes recorded in the history book and still standing. Then go to visit Xizhou, a typical Bai minority town with the best-preserved Bai traditional architecture. After lunch, free time to explore the Dali Old Town which was the capital of Yunnan from 8th to 13th century. |

Take a morning flight back to Kunming, visit the Dragon Gate which consist of some grottos cut out of the vertical cliff face of the Western Hill, from there, you can have a bird's eye view of Kunming and the big lake beside it. |

After a relaxed breakfast in your hotel, go to visit the Flower and Bird Market, after that, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure. |
